Tg(tetO-TGFA)22.1Kor

The transgene is composed of 7 copies of tet operator binding sequence (tetO) linked to a minimal CMV promoter, human TGF-alpha cDNA, and SV40 polyadenylation signal. Two lines, 22.1 and 23.5, were generated. Line 22.1 was used for detailed phenotypic analysis and is entered as the representative line. (J:101255)
