A null allele was generated using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene deletion. Guide RNAs were designed to target intronic sequences flanking exons 2 and 5, resulting in the deletion of the intervening exons. No mRNA transcripts were detected in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulated B cell cultures from homozygous mutant mice. (J:265892)
