This allele was generated by Dr. Luanne Peters at The Jackson Laboratory by microinjection of Cas9 mRNA and 2 guide sequences, GACATCTACTTTCCCGATG and CCAGCTGGATGTCCCCTA, which resulted in a 42 bp deletion beginning at approximately Chromosome 11 position 117,832,392 bp, TATGGAGAT, and ending after 117,832,433 bp, TTTCCC (GRCm38/mm10).
