Sequences encoding a cre/ERT2 fusion protein were inserted into a BAC RP24-334E14 containing the mouse Dlk1 promoter by recombineering methods. The purified construct was microinjected into fertilized C57BL/6N oocytes. Three founder lines with similar properties were established. Line 426 was used for analyses exclusively. (J:265316)
