The targeting vector contains a loxP site upstream of exon 9 and a loxP site followed by an FRT-site flanked PGK-neo-pA selection cassette downstream of exon 15. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neo cassette leaving exons 9 through 15 floxed. (J:262508)
