GenOway's quick knock-in approach was used to introduce a loxP-flanked transcriptional STOP cassette and a single copy of the human ELOVL1 cDNA under the control of the CAG promoter into the Rosa26 locus through homologous recombination. Flp-mediated recombination removed a FRT-flanked neomycin cassette. (J:257393)
