Mus musculus molossinus BAC clone MSMg01-466J23 (193.4 kb long; from the Riken BioResource Resaerch Center) was microinjected into the pronuclei of fertilized FVB/N oocytes. This BAC contains sequence upstream of gene Pth that includes the Btbd10 and Arntl genes. This transgene serves as a control for the Tg(MSMg01-047A16)#Yuwa transgene because it excludes the molossinus Pth gene. (J:255758)
