The alpha-myosin heavy chain promoter drives the expression of a truncated PKP2 which only expresses the first 329 amino acids, fused to the tag proteins T2a and Ruby. The T2a contains an auto-cleaved site which allows Ruby release from the construct. Line 5 is the low expressing line. (J:237859)
