A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 6 and a FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette and second loxP site were inserted downstream of exon 7. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neomycin resistance cassette, leaving exons 6-7 floxed. (J:247783)
