The targeting vector contains a loxP-flanked STOP cassette, including a neomycin resistance (neo) cassette, upstream of the toll-like receptor 4 (Tlr4) gene. An internal ribosome entry site (IRES) fused to an enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) sequence was inserted at the 3' end of Tlr4. (J:101977)
