A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 2 and an IRES-mVenus reporter, FRT flanked neo cassette loxP site, stop cassette and IRES-tdTomato reporter were inserted downstream of exon 2 via homologous recombination. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:260033)
