CRISPR/Cas9 mediated mutagenesis created a 15 bp in-frame deletion in a region proximal to the 5' end of exon 1 resulting in a 5 amino acid deletion (GPQFPFKGVDDRESW to GPQLDDRESW) and a 3 bp in-frame deletion resulting in a loss of threonine at position 244. (J:248812)
