A transgene was constructed with the 5,789 bp sequence upstream of the mouse Krt79 transcriptional start site using bacterial artificial clone (BAC) No. RP24-152H23 cloned into pCAG-Cre:GFP. Purified vector was microinjected into (C57BL6xSJL)F2 mouse eggs and transferred into recipients. Line numbers were not indicated.
