An Y137A mutation was introduced in exon 3 and an FRT flanked pgk-hygro cassette was inserted in intron 2 via homologous recombination. Flp-mediated recombination removed the hygro cassette. RT-PCR indicates expression is initiated but not maintained in embryos. (J:257034)
