The targetting vector consisted of T2A peptide-Cre-rabbit b-globin polyA-FRT-Neo cassette-FRT was inseted into immediately before the stop codon of mouse Map3k15 gene in BAC (RP24-211E22) was electroporated into ES cells. Resistant clones were selected and confirmed for appropriate homologous recombination. Positive clones were confirmed and selected and positive ES cells were injected into blastocysts of BALB/C mice to generate chimeric mice. (J:255343)
