The targeting construct replaced the first two exons of the J region with a floxed neomycin resistance cassette, VkappaOx1 promoter, a VkappaOx1 split leader, and the CH103 unmutated common ancestor VkappaJkappa rearrangement. Cre-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:256269)
