The targeting construct replaced the first two exons of the J region with a floxed neomycin resistance cassette, J558 H10 family promoter, an H10 split leader, and the CH103 unmutated common ancestor VHDJH rearrangement. Cre-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:256269)
