According to the construct image presented by The International Mouse Knockout Consortium this allele has a single FRT site, an engrailed 2 splice acceptor site, an EGFP-cre/ERT2 cassette and a neomycin selection cassette that is driven by an autonomous promoter all inserted in the intron between exons 2 and 3 and one loxP sequence inserted in the intron between exons 3 and 4.
