A knockout first targeting vector was obtained from the Knockout Mouse Project (KOMP) Repository. An FRT site followed by a lacZ expression cassette, a loxP site, a neomycin selection cassette, a second FRT site and a second loxP site were inserted into intron 3. A third loxP site was inserted into intron 4. (J:253580)
