Three tandem mCherry cassettes separated by porcine teschovirus-1 2A (P2A) sequences and a floxed pgk-neo cassette were inserted immediately 5' of the stop codon in exon 2. The terminal mCherry cassette includes a CAAX membrane localization sequence. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:229236)
