Using recombineering methods, the EGFPcre-Frt-kan-Frt (pIGCN21) cassette was inserted upstream of the ATG codon in exon 2 of the Dclk1 gene in the BAC clone RP23-283D6. The modified BAC construct was injected into fertilized CBA x C57BL/6J oocytes. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:209426)
