The transgene contains pre-arranged Tcr loci from a CD4+ cell line LLO56 (Valpha2 Vbeta2), which recognizes the immunodominant Listeria monocytogenes epitope listeriolysin residues 190-205. Cell line LL056 differs from LLO118 by 15 amino acids in the complementaruty determing regions (CDR). The leader region (from 2B4 TCR) and constant region (C1) were added to the transgene.
