The transgene contrains pre-arranged Tcr loci from ovalbumin-reactive T cell clone 7-3-7 (ValphaHDS58-JalphaBDFLII Vbeta15-Dbeta1-Jbeta2.2), which recognizes ovalbumin residues 323-339. Calpha and enhancer sequence were inserted. The first exon and upstream fragment of Vbeta5.2 was inserted at the 5' end of Vbeta15. Lines OVA-8-3 and OVA-23-3 were generated. (J:19310)
