Tg(TCRAMS2-3C8,TCRBMS2-3C8)#Kito

The transgene contains rearranged MS2-3C8 TCR Valpha (AV4S1AJ32) and Vbeta (BV2S1BJ1S6) chains from the T cell clone MS2-3C8 isolated from the peripheral blood of a patient with relapsing/remitting multiple sclerosis, which recognizes the human MBP 111-129 epitope. Lines B6 and G2 were generated. The pound symbol is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:91285)
