Tg(tetO-EGFP/Tfrc*R649H)1Mkgf

The transgene contains an EGFP inserted upstream and in frame of the mouse Tfrc gene with a G to A point mutation that results in the amino acid substitution of histidine for arginine at position 649 (R649H). Three lines were generated with line 1 designated as the representative line. This substitution is predicted to produce a dominant negative protein. (J:241563)
