The construct containing mouse KIT proto-oncogene receptor tyrosine kinase (Kit) driving Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) and cre/ERT2 fusion gene was used to create transgenic line in C57BL/6 mouse. Cre is activated in the lung, gender gland, tail(skin), spleen, liver, skull, kidney, ovary, and white fat after tamoxifen induction. (J:202955)
