The construct containing FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (Flt3) driving Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) and cre recombinase gene was used to create transgenic line in C57BL/6 mouse. Cre is expressed in brain, liver, thymus, bone marrow, skull, Harderian gland, eyes, heart, lung, kidney, spleen, skeleton muscle, stomach, pancreas, appendix, gender gland, white and brown fat, and skin.
