BAC RP24-337G4 containing the Otp locus was modified by recombineering to replace the Otp coding sequence with a Cre-recombinase. This BAC also incorporates exons 2-4 of the Tbca gene; no other genes are incorporated. This modified BAC was microinjected into fertilized oocytes. (J:240674)
