The recombined T cell receptor beta variable region (Tcrb-V6) sequence of a mucosal associated invariant T (MAIT) cell T-T hybridoma (having the canonical invariant Tcra-V19-J33 rearrangement) was inserted into a TCRbeta shuttle vector, which was then injected into mouse oocytes.
