The targeting vector is designed to insert an FRT-loxP-neomycin cassette-FRT-loxP upstream of exon 11, and a loxP downstream of exon 11. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neo cassette leaving exon 11 floxed. (J:249948)
