Zinc finger nuclease mediated targeted mutation changed glutamine codon 683 (CAG) in exon 16 to a stop codon (TAG) (p.Q683*). This mutation is the equivalent of the human p.Q684* mutation found in a family with malignant mesothelioma. (J:231692)
