A CD74 exon 6 to ROS1 exon 34 fusion cDNA bearing a FLAG-tag at the N terminal is under the control of a type 2 alveolar epithelium-specific human surfactant protein-C promoter. Three lines, 125, 151, and 026 were established. Immunoblotting analysis confirmed expression of fusion-gene product in lung tissues. (J:231770)
