Olfm4^tm1Cle

The targeting vector was designed to insert the mCherry-tk fusion protein and neo selection cassette in frame of the ATG in the first exon of the Olfm4 gene. This is a null allele expressing no Olfm4 mRNA shown by in situ hybridization on intestines. The inserted mCherry was not exressed. (J:232454)
