The transgene construct comprises the pG3Z-K14 expression vector into which a cDNA encoding human T-cell leukemia/lympoma 1A (TCL1A) has been inserted at the unique BamHI restriction endonuclease recognition site downstream of the beta-globin intron. The expression cassette contains the promoter and polyadenylation signal of the human keratin 14 gene (KRT14). (J:157374)
