A FLAG-tagged human SCN5A cDNA with the F1759A mutation in the local anesthetic binding site is under the control of a tetracycline-inducible modified murine alpha-MHC promoter. This mutation results in lidocaine-resistance and causes window current and persistent sodium current. Four lines were established however, the pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:229825)
