Optopatch2 is a bicistronic construct that co-expresses QuasAr2-dark mOrange2 (an enhanced archaerhodopsin-3 (Arch)-based voltage indicator) and CheRiff-EGFP (a sensitive blue-shifted optogenetic actuator) separated by the porcine teschovirus-1 (P2A) peptide.
