Tg(tetO-SIX1)#Hlf

This transgene has an HA-tagged human SIX1 under the control of a tet operator. Four lines went germline (4910, 4922, 6239, and 6245). Lines 6239 and 4922 were the two showing the highest expression of the four with 6239 being the highest. The # designation is for cases where the founder line is unspecified or where data are pooled from muliple lines. (J:152693)
