An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted upstream of the microRNA sequence. An addtional loxP site was inserted downstream of the microRNA sequence. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed the mciroRNA sequence floxed. (J:224629)
