The targeting construct replaced the Igh Smu sequence with a loxP site, the human IGH mu constant sequence, a loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette, and the human epsilon constant sequence. Cre-mediated recombination is required to achieve expression of the Cepsilon sequence. (J:222037)
