Exons 1 and 2 were replaced with a floxed stop cassette, human diptheria toxin receptor (HBEGF) gene, IRES, mCherry reporter and an FRT flanked neo cassette via homologous recombination. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Cre mediated recombination removed the floxed stop cassette. (J:218052)
