Foxh1^{tm3.1(Foxh1*)Cvw}

Recombinase mediated cassette exchange with Foxh1tm1Cvw inserted a FRT flanked selection cassette and a Foxh1 locus with a single amino acid mutation in the EH1 domain (FSIKSLLG to ESIKSLLG) and an N-terminal FLAG tag. This mutation disrupts interactions of the EH1 domain with the WD-repeat domain of Groucho related co-repressor proteins. Flp mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:217681)
