TP901 integrase-mediated recombination of an attP3 site followed by a neomycin resistance gene and attP2 site introduced downstream of Cyp2j13 and an attP3 site followed by an ampicillin resistance gene, blasticidin resistance gene and attP2 site inserted upstream of Cyp2j5 deleted the intervening sequence. The neomycin, ampicillin and blasticidin resistance cassettes remain. (J:223128)
