Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm2(PTK2*Y397F)Khd}

A construct consisting of a floxed neo-stop cassette, chicken PTK2 cDNA with a Y397F mutation and a Myc tag and an IRES-EGFP cassette was inserted into the locus. No GFP expression was detected. The Y397F mutation disrupts a phosphorylation site. (J:217505)
