Col1a1^{tm3(CAG-Tn,-DsRed)Fcam}

A construct consisting of a CAG promoter, a single copy of a hyperactive Sleeping Beauty responsive transposon-stop cassette and a DsRed cassette was inserted by RMCE using ES cells carrying Col1a1tm13(neo/hygro*)Jae. Hyperactive Sleeping Beauty mediated transposition of the transposon results in expression of the reporter. (J:217487)
