A neo cassette was inserted in the 5' region of exon 2 and 126 bp including a loxP site was inserted in the 3' region via homologous recombination. RT-PCR detected no change in mRNA expression of Enho or Dnaic1. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of ENHO protein expression. (J:216870)
