This transgene consists of the cytomegalovirsus/chicken beta-actin (CAG) promoter, loxP flanked chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (cat) gene, and mouse mature Il18.Cre mediated recombination to remove the floxed cat results in expression of the mouse cDNA.Three lines were established, however the pound symbol (#) is used because the line is not specified and/or lines are pooled.
