The human KIF5B-RET fusion cDNA bearing a FLAG-tag at the N-terminus is under the control of a type 2 alveolar epithelium-specific surfactant protein C promoter. RT-PCR and Western blot analysis confirmed expression of the fusion mRNA and protein in the lungs. This line carries approximately six copies of the transgene. (J:215989)
