A transgenic construct containing a loxP flanked GFP cDNA, a loxP flanked neomycin STOP cassette followed by a flag-tagged mCherry/paxillin fusion gene under the control of the CAG, CMV-IE enhancer/chicken beta-actin/rabbit beta-globin hybrid promoter, was injected into fertilized mouse eggs. The mCherry was fused to the N-terminus of a mouse paxillin cDNA. (J:223789)
