Exons 32-34 (coding for the last 114 amino acids) were replaced with a loxP flanked neomycin resistance cassette. This deletes the carboxy terminus, including the glucosidase and glycogen-binding domains. Western blot analysis confirmed absence of protein in all tissues analyzed. (J:218471)
