Transgenic mouse line carrying 1 copy of a reporter tyrosinase construct (TYR5) allowing pigmentation rescue of albino recipient strains and whose expression level is fully dependent on the site of integration and the number of copies of the mouse line. This line expresses low TYR5 levels, resulting in just pigmented eyes and very faint to non-existing coat color pigmentation. (J:185183)
